there is an 8 page interview with RTD and a subscriber on DWF who just got  the mag says

'Had a quick skim thru my subs copy and i can't see much about Billie's return other RTD saying that it was always the plan to bring Rose back this series and they had to book her a year in advance - there's a couple of photos of her with Donna from episode 11 which RTD says is the most romantic one & also the most surprising one because he says Catherine Tate's perfomance is phenomenal!'

Yet to read it but the title of the piece is a quote "We Have a 20 Year plan..". Oh and UNIT doesn't stand for what we think it stands for anymore. No episode titles or spoilers that I can see.... yet.'
